Once the diagnosis of the transport system has been conducted,we identify the course of action that would allow the identified problem to beaddressed. These measures could be flexible or light with low cost and highimpact, or measures that require significant investments both in infrastructureand in the various components of the transportation system (vehicle fleet,management systems, payment and collection systems).

In both cases, it is necessary to develop the scope of theproject and carry out pre-investment studies in which it is necessary to carryout a set of financial and economic evaluations that demonstrate the relevanceof the proposed investment.

The “dimensioning,” or measurement, of the project includesthe identification of the problem and its alternative solutions, solutiondesign at a conceptual, functional and operational level, as well as the “dimensioning”of the project components that guarantee integrated mobility.
